Third St., contiguous to the north of Tract One consists of two lots with a single story, vinyl sided frame home on Parcel G15-006620 and a two car aluminum sided garage on Parcel G15-006610. The 23’x23’ aluminum sided garage is situated near the alley, but only the only vehicle access is by crossing the adjoining parcel.
